Some people and you want to repel others, as in that's not for me.
Like I don't get an awful lot of the 22-year-old Lamborghini, get me rich quick guys.
I don't get those.
They do not come into my space at all because my messaging repels those people.
What I do get is business owners and entrepreneurs who know that they need to differentiate themselves, they know that they need to put in the hard hours on the front.

That defeats the whole purpose of building something.
Like you want to be able to step back and have a balance and lifestyle and whatever that looks like for you.
But it doesn't come at the cost of nothing.
You have to grind in the beginning.
That's no entrepreneur that's been successful hasn't put in their their dues and hasn't paid their dues on the front in some shape or form.
So I bring in people who know this is the expectation that they have.
They
know I'm gonna start pulling out their strengths.
I'm gonna have conversations with them similar to what you do with the podcast collective where you're like, tell me the story, pull out the CEO story, tell me, oh, we need to lean into that more.
I will do the same, but with strengths where I'll look at somebody and go, Well, they can speak.
I was like, okay, they need a podcast.
Like we need to make this the top of their funnel and we need to build out the business off the back of this funnel.
Others are like really good at short form and they're quick and they're witty.
