Everything I'm going to share with you today comes from that experience and from working with coaches inside the circle who are navigating the exact same thing.
Let's get into it.
Here's the paradox of early coaching success.
You get really good at what you do, clients get results, word spreads, you get busier, you take on more clients, you work more hours, revenue goes up, but so does everything else.
Your stress, your workload, your dependency on showing up every single day, and at some point you hit a ceiling.
You can't take on more clients without sacrificing the quality or your health, and you can't grow without burning out.
This is the scaling problem, and it's not solved by working harder.
It's solved by working differently.
Here's how.
Step one, stop trading time for money.
One-to-one coaching is the foundation, but it cannot be the ceiling.
If every euro or dollar you earn requires an hour of your time, you've capped your income at the number of hours you can work, and you've capped your freedom at zero.
The shift is to move from one-to-one to one-to-many, group programs, online courses, memberships, communities.
You do the work once, and it serves multiple people simultaneously.
Now, I know what you're thinking.
My clients need personal attention.
They won't get the same results in a group, and that might be true for some clients simultaneously.
But for most, the accountability, the community, the shared aspect of a group program can actually produce better results than one-to-one alone because people don't just need your expertise, they need to know that they're not alone.
So start thinking about what a group version of your one-to-one offer looks like.
That's your first step off the treadmill.
