I said, if we take a risk on that and go and buy a trough that's not proven, not tested, we could be shot before we started because it's one of the most viral thing that's out there.
And the second one is saving costs on a cheaper timing system.
So we had a timing system that failed.
People didn't get their splits, didn't get their time, their data,
straight away, we've failed.
Two things that I said.
After that, we need is the customer experience.
But that is part of it as well.
So when you meet someone at the reception desk, how we greet them, like a hotel, like it's nice to be able to recognize someone.
They go, oh, you were here for race one, race two.
And so we're trying to build into the data that we can see that like a hotel.
Oh, you've been here with us before.
like give a hospitality experience from the check-in to the end.
So there's a lot of things that we know we can improve on the experience that we're going building on that already people don't expect.
So we want to give what people don't expect experience.
The hardest part actually is securing venues and dates that suit you and the venues.
Okay.
Because venues are booked up years in advance.
So finding slots that work within your diary and their diaries that work are nearly very hard and impossible.
So straight away, we secured four dates annually up to 2029 with the RDS.
