feeling i can trust you not in a kind of trust way that you're not going to steal trust that you can deliver what you say you're going to deliver okay don't make me promises that you can take on a project or you can take on an aspect of the business and execute it and i'm coming back three months later disappointed that you didn't do what you said you could do
If you don't ever say you can achieve it, that's fine.
But don't, I just need to be able to trust that person.
We're learning every single event.
We've never done this before.
We're learning every single event, but we're learning at a rapid pace of scale and volume.
But what I say to guys, if we do something wrong, just own it.
Own it.
That was me.
I made a mistake.
Whatever it is, just own it.
Nobody's getting in trouble.
And even if there is someone getting in trouble for something, it's only to make sure it doesn't happen again.
It's not to make anyone feel any way.
I want to create an entrepreneurial environment where I, instead of what High Rocks do with, I want to do on 10, 20% of the number of employees they've done.
So I think if we can create an entrepreneurial environment so everyone within our team that works with us, they think like an entrepreneur to an aspect not everybody can be.
But if you at least think about every aspect, if it's operations, marketing, tech, events, that you understand each area of them.
So when we're around the table, you might have one nugget that makes a big difference.
