But because you're an outsider looking into that space, but you have to feel that I'm not just...
shoehorned to this part of the business I'm just an ops and I don't know what marketing are doing I think operating at the level I want to operate I don't have a home for a one trick pony I want people to have strengths more so in certain areas but they have to be able to assist the rest of the business like our CTO sits in our operations meetings
And some people might say that it might be a waste of their time.
But I feel they will learn so much about what the business needs from a tech support point of view by being in the meetings.
And it's true.
It does.
Especially when you're a smaller team as well.
Especially when you sit to start.
But also then, okay, that's very hard to do when you have a massive amount of employees.
This is where we're going to bring in the tech to not have a massive amount of people.
But we will create that environment within country to country.
So we will create a country manager for each country that will manage those.
And then we'll create that environment within there.
But that all starts... When I created the last business, we focused on P&Ls, profit lines, cost savings, margin.
So that built the culture organically.
Before I ever knew what culture ever did,
So I created a culture that I didn't like.
But it's too hard, I find, to change culture.
It's one of the hardest things to do in a business is to change the culture after it's set.
So the one thing I focused on was protecting and building the right culture from day one.
