And if we can do that constantly, every time we expand into a new country with new team members, this is what we stand for.
And if someone says, oh yeah, well, this is going to make us an extra 100 euro, 1,000 euro here and there.
That's great.
But does it fit into our core values?
If they own the project to work on, and if that project they don't work is successful, then you fail as an entrepreneur.
So if your job is to run X amount of activations and to have them all executed to this standard, this level, and this result to be done, and you didn't do that, well then you failed your business.
That was your startup.
You didn't do it.
You like picking hard business models.
You definitely have that.
I'd rather be just some little IT wizard in the back of it and have to create some software and spun it off and sit on it.
No, I don't think I'd get fun from that either.

Quick answer.
I would 1 million percent never, ever captain another hospitality business ever again.
For what I've done in 13 years within that business from a business point of view, I'll probably do in the first year with Troika.
And I'm enjoying it.
I mean, that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the journey of Chopped.
Troika wouldn't exist if Chopped didn't exist.
