There's so many factors to play it into.

The Troika being created.

I would have never done High Rocks if I didn't get asked to leave my MMA martial jiu-jitsu gym many years ago.

So then I found up a new hobby.

So there's so many things that played into resulting why that was created.

And if CHOP didn't exist, I wouldn't have created Troika.

So there's so many lessons learned, but I don't want to ever create another food business myself.

do I have learnings, lessons, experience that I can help other entrepreneurs with their business?

Yes.

That's something I'm not saying I would never do.

I definitely can help within that experience, but I don't want to be the captain of another food business.

It's the hospitality business more so.

Hospitality is a dog-eat-dog world.

It just seems so tough.

It's so hard.

It's constant reinvention needed in that space.

Every five years, you need to reinvent yourself.

You need to reinvent yourself every five years in that space.

But it's not just that.

You're speaking about entrepreneurs that love that space and still in it.
