Every restaurant has between five and seven managers and they simply cannot function without that management level.
So
That is why they hire us.
We are considered to be the gold standard in restaurant recruiting because of the work that Patrice did as a pioneer in this industry,
great brand reputation.
The brand reputation with our client companies is that we're a quality staffing company.
We don't pull down resumes off the Internet and slap our logo on them.
We actually go out and find people and reference check them so they know when they work for the Patrice & Associates office that they're going to get the highest quality candidates and the best possible service.
We also have a great reputation with the candidates because we have core values that are respect, excellence, service, and teamwork, and they manifest themselves in how we work with our candidates that come to us looking for opportunities.
So for that reason, those are some of the things that wind up setting us apart.
We also happen to be the largest hospitality recruiting firm in the U.S.
Well, it's a good question, and it's a question that we get from time to time, and this has been circling around in the recruiting business for years that, you know, I'm old enough to remember when Monster first came out, and they said that was going to be the death of the recruiting companies, and
And, you know, then it was something else.
And
reality is the exact opposite happened.
You know, while there's certainly a lot of venues that companies can utilize to recruit on their own, the problem is the same.
The people that are responding to those ads and are out there surfing the Internet and looking for opportunities are the ones that are unemployed or what I like to refer to as being mentally unemployed.
The people that they really want, the A talent, the A-level players, are the ones that are working and they're too busy working
to be surfing the Internet looking for a job.
So it's actually helped us because the barrage of information, resumes, most of which are unqualified that our clients get through many of those sources, they then depend upon us even more to go out and, as I said, be proactive in looking for that top talent.
