We've sold over probably close to 15 regions in the last two years.
So like every company, we have our growing pains.
But what we're seeing with our regional developers is them being able to hands-on develop and model projects
how to be successful in this business.
And, of course, the secondary objective is to expand our footprint and increase more franchise units, which is an aggressive goal that we have.
But the primary reason that we launched this RD program was to provide more infrastructure and more support for our single-unit franchisees.
Excellent.
stream?
Yes, that's exactly how it works.
They assist in the franchise sales process.
They can either develop leads on their own or they can work with us with the network that we have.
We have a very robust franchise development marketing budget and we're generating leads all the time.
But as a single unit gets signed in their area, they receive a portion of that franchise fee and the training fee, and then they also split the royalties with us.
So there's an incentive for them to be hands-on and working with those franchisees and helping them be successful because that becomes part of their revenue stream.
The regional developer has really three revenue streams, their
individual office, which throws off cash flow,
the revenue that comes from the franchise sales aspect, and then the royalty split.
Patrice, anything you want to add to that?
Well, I think the territory is one of the most unique aspects about our model, and the people that get it, when they get it, it's like a light bulb goes off to them.
Most of our franchisees look at that situation as a glass half full, because while you do have your own territory, like Patrice said, to go out there and meet the decision makers and get woven into the fabric of the community, you're allowed to develop clients anywhere in the country as long as it comes to your circle of influence or referral or the normal course of doing your job.
