have negotiated contracts with companies like Cheesecake Factory, Applebee's, Panera, Arby's, many brands that you would recognize and some that you wouldn't.
They're up-and-coming brands, and they outsource the recruitment to us.
So a brand-new franchisee signing on has built-in clients, which is these are not just leads.
These are actual clients that they have built in
that they can begin to work and cash flow their business immediately.
So if they have that sales ability and they're not afraid to talk to people they don't know,
we
have built-in clients for them.
Now, we do encourage them to go out and develop their own accounts.
We train them on how to do it.
And quite honestly, it's not really all that terribly difficult to develop clients in this business if you follow the system and the process.
But the good news for us is that, you know, as a new franchisee, while they're learning how to do that, they have these built-in clients.

Well, the reason that Patrice and I decided jointly to offer a regional developer program, other than it was just a great opportunity, is that we wanted to provide more training and support to our single-unit franchisees.
We have kind of amped up or what I call put our training and our onboarding process on steroids in the last few years, and we provide an incredible amount of support, a 90-day mentorship program, a weekly coaching program,

In our model, the regional developers are also required to operate a unit, not just be franchise salespeople, but they're also required to operate a unit so they can be better mentors, trainers, and coaches.
