Lencer are excessively reliant on a couple of schools, you know, if anyone that's involved in business having that level of reliance particularly on on two businesses being Blackrock College and St Michael's College, if you look at the knock on effect of how many of those players coming out that don't make the
Academy or sub academy in Leinster, then have go on to the other provinces.
It's a it's a crazy reliance on a very, very small um you know group of two of two or three schools.
So there definitely needs to be a bigger picture uh outlook on on how do you develop that, how you de risk that.
Um so yeah, I don't think we should fall in love with ourselves, you know, too too fast because it's

There's absolutely no coincidence that he signed up to the exact time that Andy Farrell has signed up to Ireland as well.
You know Stu from his time and that's what he said when when he was with England.
It was it was all the administrative stuff took him away from what his sweet spot is, which is being a great coach.
And and of that of that there's no doubt.

Stuart obviously he never coached me, he coached against me a a couple of times.

as a pundit, uh trying it's allowing me to stay connected to the nuance of the game because as soon as you leave the environment, things change at such a rapid rate that no matter how much tape you're watching or how much how many games you're connected to or maybe even your intel you might have on some friends that are still you know playing the game, you you you lose touch with what the next iteration of the game is and and
He was incredibly generous for me for with me for years.

And this and he's smart enough to know that you know when he was giving me that intel as well, I was probably more likely to speak glowingly of him and his teams and so on.
