So by definition, almost, you get protected if inflation starts to rear its ugly head again.
So making sure that building those portfolios in such a way that they achieve their objectives is absolutely crucial and that they achieve their objectives over the widest range of possible investment environments.
I think, yes, I do.
And this is something that, if I think about the kind of what we call unlisted or private assets, as infrastructure, real estate, property, private equity, I should say.
They're not listed on the stock market.
They're private assets.
And because they're private assets,
they tend to trade at a lower price.
You pay a premium for liquidity.
I can't get on the phone today and sell our stake in Brisbane Airport, frankly.
It would take months to get that, to offload that stake, for example.
And because of that lack of liquidity, I need a price discount and a return premium.
It's two sides of the same coin.
So if I can buy an identical asset for a cheaper price, all other things being equal, that cheaper asset should give me a better return.
And that's really what these private assets are trying to deliver for members, is having a significant allocation of those assets.
This is a strategy that the super funds in Australia have long been running.
It's not just here in Australia.
If I think about the major pension funds globally, the major sovereign wealth funds, they've been investing this way for many, many years.
And we kind of expect that trend to continue very much.
