They've never repealed that.
And so Carney, who knows that, has made a strategic partnership with an enemy nation of the United States.
Not only does that affect NORAD, but they're a member of the Five Eyes Intelligence Cooperation.
And so we're going to have to reevaluate that Five Eyes relationship with Canada today, not next week, not next month.
