You can kind of keep the pulse on major shifts if you're up to speed on this stuff.

I'd have to say that...

predicting shifts is hard because the technology is leapfrogging so fast.

But what I will say, AI can do a lot right now, but there's a lot of hype around it.

But I'm really seeing that in the next 18 months, probably, there's going to be a major shift.

And then overnight, we'll see this agentic

these agentic platforms that are here now, but they just can't do everything, they will absolutely start to really infiltrate in companies.

And I think overnight we will see a bigger, and I know it's a big talk right now, but we'll see a bigger shift in businesses and employees, you know, turning off the lights.

And it's kind of unfortunate, but what I tell leaders out there today is, you know, stay on top of this stuff.
