So those are just a few highlights.

But I'd say that's probably the biggest theme that has come out of a lot of the guests that I've interviewed here on the Digital Executive.

Really, you need to immerse yourself into AI as much as possible.

And I'm talking about, you know, try different platforms, try new things.

Do this also in your personal space.

There is a steep learning curve in AI, depending on where you're at.

But as a technology leader in an organization, you need to be ready to answer all those questions, be able to explain what you're trying to do.

You know, buying stuff off the shelf, and I've been doing chief information officer job for a long time, so I've been pitched a lot of

things over the years that just didn't work or was not implemented properly.

And I've learned from that.

And the big thing here is immerse yourself in the technology, understand what you are getting into.

And then, of course, as I said, force yourself to learn some of these tools.

And there's a lot of tools out there that are free that I'll kind of get you up to speed.

But I'm doing lunch and learns currently for staff and employees that just don't understand where AI is today.

Absolutely.

So, again, it's something that you have to keep the pulse on.

As I mentioned previously, you need to immerse yourself in it.

I'm not saying you need to spend 16 hours a day, but you need to be up in the news, what's going on.

Talk to your engineers.

Obviously, what's happening at the water cooler.
