There's core habits in what you sleep, right?
Getting enough sleep.
That is a huge habit.
If you can get eight hours of sleep a night, you will be unrecognizable.
Beauty sleep is completely real.
When you are not having sleep, not only will you not look good, you will not feel good and people will not want to be around you.
Okay, I learned that the hard way and that's something that I would say is my biggest struggle.
So I know better than anyone when you don't sleep, you are not good.
And there's the core habits of what you're putting in your body, right?
You want to build strong core habits, but you want to start with things that are realistic.
Yes, you can implement a whole new diet, but why don't you start by implementing a few core things first to make sure that you can ease into them and actually make them last.
That way you are building a core identity, not just, oh,
i'm trying this new diet for a couple weeks no you are the kind of person who eats good full balanced meals that will last and so use these core habits that you choose and just a few as your non-negotiables in your routine so that way even when you are having a really bad day you have these few non-negotiables that you know you will do no matter what
Even if I'm having a lazy day, if I'm super sick, I know that I will chug my water.
Even if I am super exhausted and I really want to sleep, I know that I will eat a good balanced breakfast.

So I highly recommend looking into that one after this one because it definitely will help build your summer glow of habits that will actually make a difference and not just be temporary blips in time.
And so reset things like your workout routine.
If there's something that you were doing that is clearly not working for you, you've been trying to do weightlifting every single week and you just don't like it, you don't enjoy it, you can't stick to it, now is the perfect time to reset.
