Maybe they're going on a beautiful hike with the prettiest view.
Maybe they do dance classes.
Maybe they do kickboxing classes.
Maybe they do yoga, Pilates.
There's so many other options, so using this time to really reset after you reflect will help you kind of figure out and analyze and make a game plan for what is actually going to work for you and open yourself up to the opportunity to try new things instead of clinging on to, you know, the idea that, oh well, I just try to lift weight five days a week because that's what I've always tried to do.
Maybe now is the perfect time to try something else.
Another way to reset that will make the biggest difference is to do a deep clean and to reset your space.
This is the perfect time.
I know a lot of us have fun with moving your bed around, rearranging your room, changing things, maybe if you can, even just taking down decorations or decor that isn't serving you anymore and putting up something new, getting fresh flowers.

I'm obsessed with them.
My boyfriend got them for me for Valentine's Day and I love pink lilies and pink roses.
They're my favorite flowers of all time and peonies.
Anyway, that's not what this is about, but it's me encouraging you to get yourself some fresh flowers.
And I think it's also inspirational because it's springtime and look at the flowers blooming and blossoming and know that like
that's what you're doing too.
Okay.
And again, just resetting, maybe change your sheets or throw pillows or blankets again, not just simply to romanticize, but also to feel like you're shedding things.
I know for me, when I was living with a lot of stuff from my childhood room up, I felt like I was still a child.
