Yep, just a nice normal merry-go-round and this is the type of inflation that we usually like.

It's a gentle cycle of prices going up and then our paychecks get a little bigger too so we don't really notice that prices have gone up and that's what really should happen.

Oh no, we're starting to spin out of control.

This is sort of what it feels like right now because inflation got pretty high pretty fast.

Right.

But it takes time to ask for a raise.

Some people might never get the raise that they asked for.

And even when they do, it might take a while for that paycheck to actually get bigger.

So for now, things might be a little off balance.

Well, believe it or not, there are people who are supposed to keep an eye on inflation, and they have some ways they can help, and this is when they usually try to step in.

And cause it all to slow down.

You really want to eat after all that spinning?
