And she doesn't want to try to send an instant transaction and and watch them fail and then have to redo all of that work again to send it via an ACH or a wire or a check, right?

So Jenny can see that there is value in sending an instant payment rather than writing a check, but she doesn't know who all can receive that instant payment.

um and can't quite articulate to her leadership on how to how to overcome and change, overcome the the barriers to change the processes that have probably been happening for that way for a long time.

And

as as we think about this kind of from a a a bigger lens there.

I mean

There's a lot to be figured out in the US on how to drive that experience forward and the processes that are in place for they've been there for decades.

And then you start bringing consumers into the flow too.

Um, I am the CFO of the Hall household and do all of our purchasing and bill payments and accounts payable and all of the things, right?

And I I will, as a consumer, I will very much be.

um loyal to certain websites or certain vendors that I know that I can do the payment the way that I want to do the payment.

So when my son asks for

random football socks that are the hot new thing these days and he's gotta have 'em.

I am immediately going to Amazon or uh or Shields where I know that I have

an easy way to online purchase and it links to the payment types that I want to use and I use those right away.

Or if I'm

um you know using Venmo and I I know that I can um send my uh QR code out to have people donate to my QR code fund to then purchase something for the the PTO uh that that works really easily and I know it works and I know everybody has it.

And so businesses can keep driving that forward in the US, but we have to figure out a way to keep making it this reliable

experience where people know that they can use it and that it's going to work every time.
