And so I think sharing them while they're still readable and current and have some contribution to society is a really good thing to do with them.

Well, yes.

I mean, I, I, I'm,

I mean, I love digital stuff and I personally read on every kind of platform that you can read on.

But holding a book in your hand and knowing that people saw the value in this story to publish it, so it's had to go through a lot of hoops before it actually makes it to be a book on a shelf that you can borrow or buy.

then there is some sort of guarantee that somebody edited this and read it and thought it was worthy.

And whereas with the digital stuff, you know, we're all creating content ourselves and it doesn't necessarily go through that kind of quality check.

So the thing about a book is that it's,

You know, publishers have thought about whether there's a market, obviously, but also that this has value for society.

I just, I think that it's, for me, community is key.

I think that it's a beautiful way to give something to your community.

And it doesn't, because no money has been, well, money was spent originally, but I think, you know, the chat that you have with people about having a Lilliput Library, the fact that it's such a cool initiative

which draws people together is really good for society.

I mean, I'm talking to you from Alexandra at the moment, because I'm working in Central at the moment, but I know that there's a whole heap of Lilliput libraries here and exactly the same thing happens with them as happens with mine and probably happens with yours.

You know, they draw people to them because people like to know things, they like to read,

And it's a way that draws people together that actually doesn't put a tax on you.

So if you're somebody who doesn't particularly want to have conversations, you've still got a place you can go where you can get something that doesn't cost anything.

I think they're perfect for, you know, a society where costs are increasing all the time.

I just, I love the idea of this sharing and caring and generosity thing.

But it's been really joyful.
