So the only thing that's wrong with it with that headline is he's getting ready to launch because it is happening.
Uh and we saw in the last week there was an attack on a train literally one mile inside the Polish Ukraine border.
And it was an attack on a train, a drone attack.
Uh a pre literally twenty minutes earlier a train had passed same place, same area, i which included all of the security chiefs of the major European countries who'd been into and Boris Johnson.
So
It's at every level.
It's at the level of uh cyber.
Uh it is uh there was uh
attack on trains.
There there was uh an attack on a train in France this morning that was clearly sabotage apparently.
The the issue with hybrid war is it's always got to have plausible deniability.
So sub threshold
And and that the Russians can always deny, as they do.
Always delay.
They will use local, they'll use operatives, they use their security services.
It it is a continuation of a very old Soviet uh playbook, but it's very serious now.
And he's testing, he's testing because the Americans are threatening to withdraw troops.
He's testing because he wants to see just how united Europe is, and he wants to punish Europe for continuing to support Ukraine.
I I think the most important thing that Europe can do, particularly continental Europe, is to strengthen its intelligence and deterrence capacity.
Just to make it harder.
