I think as you've heard from the other parties today, it was a fair negotiation.
There was give and take on various parties.
It was a full agreement.
I agree with Miss Schwartz that the settlement agreement itself does not detail all of the adjustments that were incorporated, but the schedules do reflect those.
Staff's position is we don't like the black box settlement, so we won't agree to a rate based number, a revenue requirement number.
We go issue by issue and come to an agreement.
Holistically that way, I believe all the parties advocated for their positions and the agreement that was reached fairly balances all the parties positions.
I don't have anything to add other than what I've discussed just now and what was in my pre-filed testimony.
I think it balances all the interests of the parties and sets JW up in a better position going forward, mitigating that against the potential impact to the rate payers.
I agree with what the HOA said.
After having done so many of these cases where settlement or consolidation was an issue, either through settlement or fully litigated cases, it's good to hear the HOA speak up from their perspective on how they see consolidation being a benefit to the communities that they are living in and engaged with.
And I agree with what they said.

In the future, when there's a large capital investment that's needed,
it mitigates to impact.
