Um, which means we would see a rate increase kind of offset the decrease you might approve today and an increase to capture the additional investments made.

Um so sorry I rambled a little bit there.

Um to your point, if I could, since I have the mic, um you're correct.

Um years ago there were many settlements, including APS rate cases.

Um the commission did make modifications, which is the commission's right to make modifications to the settlement agreement.

I've said it before, I'll say it again.

There's nothing the commission can do that.

That will have us walk away from an agreement.

However, in this case, we think it is a very substantial mod alteration to the settlement agreement.

So the message we receive staff, if the commission approves this, is you probably won't see as many settlement agreements going forward, especially if there's an ARAM involved.

I think there's just maybe too much risk, and it's probably better for all the parties just to fully litigate.

And then the commission can modify from there rather than taking a settlement agreement, which already had give and take involved in it and modifying.

So hopefully I I answered your question where we don't see it very frequently where we use a hypothetical capital structure.

Usually we're in the position where

Uh an for liberty, they were a hundred percent equity at one point two and the commission directed them to balance the capital structure and the way they approached it was actually infusing some debt.

Granted it came from the parent, but it was at a s a rate set by the commission.
