Um staff's position when it comes to ARAMs and corporate allocations is if there's an entity that has a parent that has maybe a complex corporate allocation structure or scheme that we believe the um allocations should

Should be fixed to what the commission approved in the underlying rate case because it's very difficult to audit corporate allocations because Bermuda would have to go to Nexus to get support for costs that are in the cost pool.

And we just don't think we would have time in 180-day ARAM filing to fully audit that.

Delenco's point, those allocation methodologies change subsequent to the test.

So our support of amendment proposed amendment three is to do a one time true up to put it to what it is today and then fix it in the ARAM going forward.

You're gonna have some employees at the parent level who are gonna be involved in planning capital structure capital projects for Bermuda.

Their time should be capitalized to those projects, but it can't be all of their time.

It has to be just the time that's spent specific to Bermuda and the time they spent.

Planning capital projects in Florida and North Carolina should be allocated likewise.

So that corporate allocation, um, if you recall the Liberty case, we had the Bella Vista Rio Rico, where we fixed certain corporate allocation rates, the indirect allocation rate, that's made it a lot easier to handle those rate cases forward.
