It's probably included in the depreciation expense.

So sometimes when we're amortizing a a regulatory asset, that's where you capture that amortization expense.

It's probably in the company's original application since it was treated as a regulatory asset there as well.

Um so I believe that's probably the where it ended up.

So generally, your honor, um, 'cause I've sat in the chair of an analyst trying to figure out what happened in a black box settlement agreement from a prior rate case.
