As Mr.
Delinko indicated, filed their rebuttal testimony and then reached out to staff.
So I think they might have had some additional ray case expense with filing that additional round of testimony they otherwise wouldn't have if we'd gone directly into settlement discussions.
When staff looks at rate case expense, we're getting constant updates on where they're actually at compared to what they've proposed in their application.
Um I recall if I recall correctly, sorry, um in this instance we were comfortable with the original proposed number because they were kinda inching close to it.
