But I think with the formula rate mechanism you're going from for a class B utility, it's three hundred and sixty days from the time you file your rate case before you get a decision.
to something more like three or four months.
So I I think it does help to mitigate that regulatory lag, which is one of the goals we believe the commissioners have with adopting the policy.
You're correct, Your Honor.
We did have some concerns about that.
We believe that with the formula rate mechanism it should be staff working to to
pull together the request, file the request, but in speaking with the company, we understand their intent and it's actually built into the POA that's before you now, that there's a a two-step notice process for their customers.
In the bill prior to them filing their request for formula rates, they're gonna notice their customers that they will be filing it.
And then after they file the request, they're gonna notice again with what specifically they're asking for.
So there are gonna be some costs in terms of noticing customers.
There might be some de minimis legal fees as associated with filing it.
So we um have kind of built that into the template in the plan of administration to evaluate those costs and they can seek recovery and then we'll make a recommendation on if we believe they're appropriate or not should be recovered through the formula rate.
Thank you.
And as I said, Your Honor, I'll still be monitoring.
So if if I need to be recalled, I'll be available.
Thank you.
