I mean, we kind of got to figure this out.

I wonder, like, what is this whole quagmire, this frustration in the job market say about how we work and how we find work is changing?
This discussion makes me think about the K-shaped economy.
Have you guys been hearing about the K-shaped economy?
Please enlighten me.

So if you picture what a K looks like, you've got two diagonal parts, right?
And one is going up and one is going down.
And that's how our economy is being described now because you have high earners who are still doing well.
And while the stock market stays up, their wealth is still intact.
So they are still spending like everything is tip top.
And you can see that in consumer spending patterns.
And then you have lower earners and people who are in more financially precarious circumstances who are scared to death and they are not spending.
It's like never the twain shall meet, right?
So it's kind of like you have people having...
extremely different circumstances, almost polar opposite experiences of the same economy.
