You know, you eat it for breakfast.

You go to bed thinking about it.

It's like your whole, you know, your whole thing.

Yeah.

So what I've noticed in conversations in everyday life is, you know,

birthday party or somebody's birthday party in their class and you know parents are kind of talking shop okay what have you and people a lot of people you realize that people aren't thinking just like we're talking about here people aren't thinking about these assets like investment properties they're not thinking about them in the way that there's a landlord and a tenant

almost the same way as people think about residential properties as I'm going to invest in real estate.

I'm going to buy a home and I'm going to get a tenant and it's going to be great.

And I'm going to get some passive income for myself.

And I think that is awesome.

And it is a great place to start.

It requires lower capital.

You get in, you've got the tenant.

It's fairly easy to do.

Everybody understands it, but it's,

Say, okay, now I'm going to do another one and another one.

Well, all of a sudden, you've got now a couple homes, and now you've got a couple people also calling you and maybe complaining.

Like, my toilet's broken.

The HVAC went out.

You know, the garage door doesn't work.
