Who gives a shit?
It's like if you're exercising and I'm a 28-year-old male, what I'm about to say is made up.
Maybe my testosterone peaks at 4 p.m.
And so theoretically, I'm supposed to do my lifting workouts at 4 in the afternoon.
I shouldn't skip my workout for the day just because I'm busy at 4 p.m.
