So I've done one round of qualitative interviews.

That was 20 women, one-on-one.

And then now I'm recruiting for a second round.

And then after that, I'm going to be doing a sort of online ethnography study.

Looking at Facebook groups, finance Facebook groups and how people… There's a lot of fun in those groups.

Not as accessible for most people.

This is where people are going.

So at a systematic level, I guess, and this is really easy to say but very hard to do, there needs to be this recognition that gender has an effect on retirement outcomes.

So the difference between men's experience of work and women's, it's different.
