When is the best time to do Thanksgiving dinner?
It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning because the Native Americans always said, well, let's eat at 2.30 just as the harvest moon is cresting right over the Appalachians.

If we'd put that in the history books, but okay.
But meanwhile, the Pilgrims were like, no, no, no.
We got to wait till 4.50 in case the Lions game goes into overtime.

They've been playing that game for a long time.
They all have fantasy teams too.
But the nutrition experts from Columbia University, they've officially weighed in.
And they say eating earlier is better.
Yeah, you have more time for seconds later.
Absolutely.
They say if you overeat at an early dinner, your body has time to adjust, to recover.
You could even go back and eat more later on in the night.
Dude, you could get a little half-hour nap in in between second meals.
That was my comment.
You eat it in the afternoon, then you take a nap, and then you go again at like 7 or 8.
Whereas a large meal closer to bedtime, they say that can cause serious digestive and reflux issues.
