The biggest, the fratricide that I can remember in the Liberal Party was the Martin Kretchen period of time.
Relatively speaking, the skirmishing around Justin Trudeau was a much, much smaller, more contained version of that.
I think that
You know, I would love to hear the second part of Michelle Rample Garner's piece.
You know, she says that one of the more important principles of the conservative movement is that you reject the idea of homogeneity of thought.
It's a good principle.
It's good to have a tent where lots of people can say different things.
but it's not good to have a tent where people can say any kind of things.
Um, and I think that's the tension that she was describing, saying that Harper had a knack for figuring out, okay, there needs to be a discipline, um, but you can't overdo it.
Um, I think the problem right now for Pierre Poliev is that he's underdoing, uh, the message discipline thing.
