So that would induce them to do that, number one.
Number two, it's a chess game for the Dodgers.
You take away the number one chip for another team that you're going to face if you're going to a World Series again, and he's sitting on your bench.
And that's what they can afford to do with their inventory, with their money, and the way they are trying to approach winning three championships in a row, and it's something that's never been done in the National League.
It's the American League.
So you guys tell me, not just looking at the White Sox, but saying, okay, the White Sox are in the American League.
How does that change the equation of how you look at adding a player?
Can you get as deep as the ALCS and then roll the dice?
Do you need another starting pitcher to do that?
I would say yes.
The bullpen has been outstanding.
Is it going to stay that way, or do you need to add a piece?
So I guess I would say it looked like in the first two games that the White Sox were overmatched by the best team in the American League, in the Yankees.
The White Sox have their best pitcher going today.
We'll see how that works out.

It's a very difficult thing to figure out.
And if you're Chris Getz and his people, I think they're thinking like Mully and every White Sox fan out there, we don't want to trade too much inventory, but we owe it to ourselves to try to win and get as far as we can.
