He sees the chubby-cheeked, red-faced guy with his hair all slicked back and everything.
He comes up, and he's grabbing parts of his crotchal area.

And was a little bit threatening about what he could do for us and what it might cost us to get this information out of him.
And as he gets closer to the car and, you know, looks like he might be, I don't know if he's reaching for something or not.
