I think that's what's special about Top Chef is that Tom and Gail and all the whoever the guest judges are, they sit and they talk it over.
They have to democratically come to a decision that makes sense in that moment.
Now, that is very subjective, very subjective.
Scoring a dish is no less subjective because it's your palate.
