And then a lot of, a lot of my time is spent helping, uh, Eric, you know, installing equipment and managing the equipment that we have here, as well as helping Thomas with, you know, the miscellaneous things that he does on the ranch.
He's an amazing, I mean, the amount of work he has put into this property is amazing.
is nothing short of amazing.
And so sometimes you need an extra set of hands and help with that type of things.
I helped with procuring the vehicles that we use on the property.
And then a lot of what I do is I'm constantly...
keeping Brandon updated on what's happening on property and the goings on because he and I are friends first and foremost.
And he trusts me that I'll make sure that he's up to date on everything and that things are taken care of.

you know, cruising back and forth in the vehicles or, or on foot or whatever it may be.
Um, there's a lot of exploring to do, which has been fun.
You know, we found some really neat places and, and, and things on the ranch.
Uh, and, you know, I guess just pretty much doing whatever needs to be done, taking care of whatever needs to be done.
definitely a lot of time boots on the ground and spending a lot of time checking out all different areas on the property and things of that nature.
Yeah, I think for the last several years, three or four years, I don't think that he β I mean, he staffed it with a couple of security guards, and then they had the older caretaking couple that was here.
But I was surprised as well with basically what we inherited was an old double-wide trailer that was not very well β
equipped or in very good condition and old equipment and things like that.
And I don't know if it was just a matter of he'd gotten what he wanted out of the property and then finally decided that he'd had enough or what it was.
But yeah, without Thomas Winterton, I don't know how we would have gotten the place to where it is.
