I guess then now understanding the mechanisms, it's like the cheapest it was ever going to be was if you were able to get in as a private investor 20 years ago.
So it's really not its starting price per se.
It's just another leg in the journey of it raising money and now has all this excitement from it.
And as we've sort of shown, there are so many examples where it's statistically not the cheapest.
Like it will fall and you will have an opportunity.
I mean, I've done it back in the past.
I've made your own mistakes.
Firstly, it's putting way too much into a company.
in the IPO on day one.
Yeah.
And then this happens.
It pops.
You think you're a magician and you've absolutely killed it.
And then three weeks later, it starts to fall.
All the hype goes away and, you know, it's busted.
An example that comes to mind, Adore Beauty.
They IPO'd and immediately we had a lot of the insiders, CEOs and founders and stuff all selling their stock because that was their opportunity to reap the rewards of an amazing business that they'd built over the years.
