Nice to meet you.

I've talked to some people about you this week, and I've heard a lot of great things, and one thing was that you're not afraid to disagree with people, and that when you're running the draft room in New Orleans or whatever, that you would give your input but do it in a nice way.

How do you mix your personal style, I guess, with getting the job done?

Yeah, so one of the things philosophically I believe in, there's no bad idea.

And I want to hear from everyone that's in the room.

I've always been someone that, for better or for worse, is going to share my opinion.

And I think that added to the process in New Orleans.

I think it added to the process in Atlanta.

And that's what I want here.

I want an open, collaborative, and very communicative organization.

Because who knows?

It doesn't matter about the position.

everyone in this room could have something that could add to the ultimate decision of making the right decision.

And so, yeah, I want to take in what everyone says.

I'm going to process that.

And then, you know, I'm going to end up making that decision.

But I want an open and collaborative group.

Yeah, so look, we've got a lot obviously ahead of us.

There are very, very good people and talented people in the building already.
