But we're going to try to find a coach that can coach both sides of the ball and care about both sides of the ball and then develop these guys as they're obviously young in their careers.
So to answer your question, those are some of the things we'll be looking for.
Absolutely.
And me and Michael talked about the importance of defense and establishing an identity on that side of the floor, especially when you're a younger team and you have younger players.
When you compete on the defensive end, your team typically plays harder.
And you're starting to see a lot in the playoffs, teams that are having success are very, very good on that side of the ball.
So we want, obviously, two-way players.
I'm not going to take away from the offensive side.
But I refer to it as guys that have slapped size, length, athleticism, and physicality.
And that physicality is going to be felt on the defensive side of the ball.
Yeah I do.
it represents a lot because, you know, you're, you're starting from the bottom.
I mean, obviously I was the lowest on the totem pole, you know, coming in, which is expected, which I think a lot of people think that, you know, when you get into the NBA, you are, you're just like given everything.
And that's not the case.
You know, you really have to put, you know, put the time in.
And so that photo to me just means like, that's who I am.
You know, I don't mind,
doing the little things that are necessary, you know, whatever it looks like.
You know, obviously this position is, it's a lot, right?
But it's just a title.
