assistant GM, assistant GM to general manager.

So you're checking all these boxes and you're doing so much within the organization that it gives you the confidence that, okay, I've checked the boxes.

I didn't skip any steps.

I can step into this role.

And there's like a certain confidence that just kind of comes with it.
