It allows them to kind of focus on kind of like the micro part of building up the team as opposed to worrying so much about what is it going to look like at the end of the season.
Let's just continue to stack days like the players talk about all the time.
And then if we're good enough, we'll be exactly the team that we want to be at the end.
But it's no need to kind of burden ourselves with the mental stress of trying to be a Super Bowl team or anything like that.
Let's just get better and focus on that part of it.
Yeah, I think this is really important.
I think they certainly accomplished a lot last year, but it wasn't perfect, wasn't ideal.
And as they're comparing themselves to like the ideal team they want to be, they want to be able to run the football.
They want to be able to impose their will.
And there were too many times last year where they couldn't get that done.
So to be that team that he envisions down the road, you have to focus on that.
And we know.
Only good things happen when we're able to run the ball effectively.
It's going to lighten the load on Trevor Lawrence.
It's going to create more big play opportunities in the passing game.
And ultimately, that's going to make the Jags a better team.
But it's focusing on the little things because how you do the small things, how you do all things.
