The other thing you can say that speaks to what you're talking about, though, is that there's been an allergy epidemic in this country in the last 50 years.

I mean, food allergies have doubled and doubled again, right?

And some of it is because allergists gave us the wrong advice.

Stay away from allergenic foods.

Or peanuts and all that kind of stuff.

So we're absolutely more prone to allergies than we used to be.

So that's probably a big part of this.

And there are all kinds of theories.

There's the hygiene hypothesis that we're living too cleanly.

We're not developing antibodies when we're young enough.

Or our gut biome isn't good enough.

Kids aren't eating enough dirt.

Yeah, all those things.

They're not licking enough rocks at the park.
