They are flower children.

And so they remain quite childlike.

So, yeah, I was very responsible for an early age, but in a very cheerful way.

The musicals that I was brought up on were characters like Annie and Annie or almost any character that Judy Garland would play, which were cheerful girls.

He would just kind of crack on and sort of, you know, I would sing a jolly song as I mopped the floor and peeled 17 kilos of potatoes every day in order to feed everybody.

Yeah, all my childhood were in the same home.

So that three-bedroom house had eight children in Wolverhampton.

So it's a post-war estate where nothing was too good for the working man.

The roofs are tin and lined with asbestos.

And it's an exciting day for us when the council come and remove the asbestos.

We enjoy the beautiful white flaky rain that comes out of the sky as they remove the asbestos.

Later I realised that this would have been a massive cancer risk, but they were quite slapdash.

in their methods of removing it.

So it has a tin roof where you can hear the rain.

We've got sparrows nesting in the eaves.

And we are, even though we're on a council estate in Wolverhampton, we're the last row of houses in Wolverhampton.

And the border between the West Midlands and Staffordshire is in our back garden.

So everything out the back is like living in Cider with Rosie.

It's like a very beautiful, it's a farm.

We can see all the way across to the Welsh mountains.
