Yeah, as Parham was saying there, we're seeing this opening up on a number of other fronts here.

And as the Egypt development is so significant, so is the Saudi Arabia one.

For the first time, you know, they're saying they're now engaged here with the US, carrying out this sort of retaliatory strike on Iranian-backed rebels in Iraq.

So suddenly have another front opening up again.

And this led then to even more intense strikes last night because the US said it intercepted a further five strikes.

missiles being targeted at its bases.

So we're seeing an intense level of warfare, considering we were in a ceasefire just a couple of days ago.

Yeah, I think it just speaks to the general state of confusion as to how this whole situation can move forward.

We're seeing that coming from the administration of frustration that anything they're trying really isn't making too much of a difference or getting to that off ramp that we talk about so often, which

as experts would say, is the reason why American presidents haven't done this in the past because of the exact risk of escalation that we're seeing now.

One Republican said to me the other day, this Saudi-US relationship is so extraordinary to him because it's not that long ago that the US and Saudi were sworn enemies as well.

This person was referencing back 9-11 and where some of the individuals involved in those attacks had actually originated from.

Now they're acting together in these strikes on Iraq.
