I think personally, I feel like I'm a little closer to where I want to be and throwing the ball well.
I feel healthy and hopefully we can put it all together and get some team wins here, too.
We've been kind of grinding the last couple of weeks.

I think there's still room for us to continue to play a better brand of baseball than we've been playing and take advantage of some of the opportunities we've had.
It seems like we're just not winning enough of the 50-50 games, and you know what, that'll come.
A couple of our superstars are getting healthy, and I think that we have all the confidence in the world that the second half can go better than the first half, but no time like the present.
We've got to stop waiting for the next game.

Terry certainly wasn't maybe out on the infield or hitting ground balls, and gets still working out every day.

approach to baseball and the energy they bring to the field you know I think it takes a certain level to be a manager and if you don't have it you can't do the job so even the older managers I've had like Terry uh he brought the energy every day um and the year that he couldn't he took that year off if you remember so I think great managers like Francona they know Tito knew what he needed but
To have at the field every day to get the most of his players.
I think Skip knows that too.
So they might do a couple different things daily.
You know, they might be more or less involved in some of the like skill work on the field.
But in terms of, you know, commanding a room, being a leader amongst men, like that's kind of a requirement of the job.
