If you read the debate that went on in Congress before it was passed, that was its intention.
What this decision is going to mean, among other things, in my view, is that birthright citizenship is going to be extended to virtually any pregnant woman who manages to get into the United States and have her baby here.

I think we are already in trouble from all of the illegal immigrants that we have allowed in this country, and this is going to further dilute the character and the unity of this nation, in my opinion.

But again, we go back to the intent of the 14th Amendment.
