The Hillsboro, we've been giving them funding and they've been working on the renovation of the old stone school.

They were last at 220, however they did some value engineering and to complete the full project they need 120,000.

That leaves $308,000 left to complete that project for their water tower.

So, my argument is pretty simple.

I think when we are looking at funding projects, especially those that are a little premature like Fleetwood, and I'm not suggesting that there may not be issues over there.
