what kind of impact it is.

It really has to do with the level of impact, right?

I mean, that's kind of what you're talking about here for an administrative approval or a minor special.

What is the impact?

You talked about commercial versus true ag production.

I mean, obviously, something that's for true ag production as opposed to a tasting room or something along those lines, which is gonna bring more people in, it probably could get away with more of the administrative approvals.

But the key in this, I think, is

balancing flexibility with environmental safeguards.

When you build an administrative approval, we're not getting rid of the environmental safeguards, much of which we have.

The idea is to make it a little easier so that we continue to encourage our ag in the West because we fail to encourage and they cannot monetize what they're trying to do, we will get houses.

So I think it's really important that we balance that whole aspect.

So those are the things I had to add.

And I will just add one last thing.

I'm assuming, and I think staff is familiar with the,

it was the septic field, I believe, or the drain field that we had recently, where the health department approved it, everything was good, and then it was determined that it had to be, I think you touched on it earlier, that we had to, it was an MOD, and so they had to go through, I think 17, $20,000 worth of additional improvements on that as a result of it.

Is that something that you're talking about could be an administrative approval?

Yes, it could, yeah.

Yeah, I mean, is it reasonable to consider, say, rather than having to go through this whole specs and everything you had to do to do these improvements, this could be administrative approval when we look at it?

That's reasonable, because that's a smaller scale, less environmental impact, fair to say?
