So a couple things I want to bring up here just in terms of the bigger picture.

Mr. Bozzo mentioned we have to be very careful how we approach this or many vineyards potentially could go out of business if we further regulate it and or don't allow them to expand in a reasonable manner.

And I think we've heard some of that today.

And the reason that's important is we want to make sure because we want to continue to encourage

agriculture in our county.

This is one of our primary issues in Western Loudoun.

If we fail to do that, those properties or the properties that are surrounding them or supporting them will turn into houses.

I just, I mean, I'm gonna boil it down really, really simply.

So with that understood, I mean, I think everybody, I think we would much rather have a vineyard that's sitting on an MOD than,

or at the base of it where the farm may have been and that goes into houses and we have this hill, but then we have a bunch of other houses around there.

So we have to kind of keep that all in perspective.
